Before discussing with his girlfriend, Tahiry, about having a mistress, she explains that she was punched in the face after being disrespected by some guy. Maybe they both agreed on sharing this with the world, but I believe somethings are best kept private. Why exploit this for the sake of a couple hundred YouTube views?

Tony Yayo - Streets Keep Calling Me
Today, we bring you the debut of a new viral video by Tony Yayo called “Streets Keep Calling Me.” The clip features fellow Queens giant Cormega and is off Yayo’s Public Enemies mixtape.
“The Internet is everything for me,” Yayo said about putting out music and accompanying visuals on the Web. His videos, like the one for “Candy Man,” have been viewed millions of times on ThisIs50.com. “Fif is a smart dude. He has the power to see stuff ahead of time. So it’s like, I’m seeing how hard he’s going with the Internet — MTV.com and all these other dot-coms, that’s poppin’ right now. It’s the plateau to get yourself out. Before, artists had to pay to get the music out. This is my plateau right now, so I’m going hard.”
Public Enemies is Yayo’s third mixtape in just a few months. “The way we had it in ‘03, 04, I’ll never forget that the mixtapes made who we are,” Tony explained. “I feel like a whole new artist. I feel like I’m starting all over again. The mixtapes were crazy. I’m still in the ‘hood with it.
“It’s just everything you’re doing yourself,” he added about the difference between making his own mixtapes and working on G-Unit projects. “When you got perfectionists like Eminem, Lloyd Banks, 50 Cent and [Dr.] Dre in the studio, you learn a lot from them. I seen 50 say lines 20 times over. The same line. He learned that from Dre and Eminem. I feel the pressure of them still being there. I want the mixtapes to come out right, and I want 50 to be impressed, as well as Banks. It’s the same kinda feeling, just a little more pressure, ’cause you wanna make sure everything is good.”

Jeezy Throws DJ Drama Under The Bus

Just when you thought they buried the hatch, Jeezy takes a swipe at DJ Drama in the September 2009 issue of XXL.
Given all the history you made with Gangsta Grillz mixtapes, alot of people were caught off guard when you said "Fuck DJ Drama" onstage last year.
Drama just started acting like a bitch. Drama wanted to be Khaled, but he didn’t want to help nobody. He just changed, period. Look at his crew. The same niggas ain’t around him. You ain’t never been in no streets. I could never have no beef with a nigga like that. He’s a cornball. You made millions off my mixtapes, to the point where the fuckin’ feds scooped you up for bootlegging. I never even made the money he made off of Trap or Die or Tha Streetz Iz Watchin, because they were selling and distributing them and making money. I’m not hating. But we will never do a mixtape together. I didn’t charge that nigga for [contributing a verse to the song “5000 Ones,” on Drama’s official Atlantic Records debut]. But then when I need [a tape for one of my artists], and you want to charge me $20,000?... I’ll slap the shit out of Drama. He knows that. He wasn’t loyal. But me putting my hands on that man ain’t gonna make him respect what I’m saying. I’m just not gonna fuck with him anymore. I kept a lot of real niggas off his ass. There’s a lot of niggas mad at that nigga ‘cause he didn’t do what he was supposed to do. He shouldn’t take people’s money if he not gonna do what he say.

Drake Refused Kanye’s Offer To Remake ‘Best I Ever Had’ Video
Some fans liked it, some fans were scratching their heads after the debut of Drake’s “Best I Ever Had” video last month. Some in the blogosphere said the clip’s buxom female basketball team did nothing but cater to the male audience without matching the theme of the song; others just thought it wasn’t all that creative. And a couple of bloggers even went so far as to suggest that director Kanye West sabotaged Drake’s production. [Ha, the 1515 Boys read our comments.]
In fact, Drake told MTV News that West offered to shoot another video for the song, and he declined. He noted that receiving mixed reviews of his clip was a great lesson.
“That career move was very important to me,” he explained at the America’s Most Wanted Music Festival kickoff in Scranton, Pennsylvania. “We’ve done such a great job of building it all up. It’s kind of like people were getting this impression of me that I’m never gonna make a mistake. I’m not made of Teflon. I’m gonna do things for myself sometimes, as opposed to what people want me to do.”
Drake said the abundance of big-breasted women in the video didn’t put up any red flags that the video would offend anyone. He enjoyed the final cut of the video and thought it was right on point.
“If you listen to the song, I’m not saying the most graceful thing in the world. It’s not the most heartfelt song,” Drizzy continued. “I say some pretty wild things in regards to women in the actual song. When me and Kanye were in the studio working on a song for Big Sean, we were talking about it. We saw a comedic element to it. I felt that the climate in the world right now, everything in the world is so serious all the time, my life is serious, I just wanted to laugh, instead of taking myself too serious as the heartthrob and walking hand-in-hand into the movies and taking my shirt off. I felt it’s not that time for me yet. Or maybe never. I’m a very multifaceted person. One thing I told ‘Ye is, ‘I really want to act. I want to act in this video.’ ”
Kanye convinced him that the only way to be humorous was to go all the way with it and make it a full on funny video. “I guess one thing I didn’t consider is what the song personally means to a lot of women,” Drake said. “To those women, I apologize. I do apologize. My intention wasn’t to put anyone down. It was to make them laugh. I wanted people to see something visually different.”
Don’t worry, Drake, judging by your reception at Monday’s AMW show, the fans still love you.

Lil Wayne Introduces Young Money Crew
The Young Money album is slated for November 24, as is Lil Wayne’s Rebirth LP, according to a source in his camp.
No doubt about it, the New Orleans Fireman is loaded. Rap’s most popular mic king just kicked off Young Money Presents: The America’s Most Wanted Music Festival, and one of Weezy’s main goals on the tour is to make sure his Young Money artists get shine. While you know all about Drake (he’s a Fire Starter alum), Nicki Minaj and newest member Omarion, we thought we’d put you onto game about the rest of the clique.
“Gudda, he’s got this aggression about him,” Wayne told us about the artist who’s been with him the longest. Gudda Gudda has been riding with Wayne since he was a teenager on Cash Money.
“What people don’t know, Gudda started rapping several years ago,” Weezy added. “He started rapping because I said, ‘I like your look. You should rap.’ I wrote his first rap for him, and I never written another rap for him ever since that day I told him he should be a rapper.”
Representing the younger faction are Lil Twist, who’s on the tour riding his Segway scooter around, and Lil Chuckee, who uses his feet to cover ground backstage.
“His energy, he’s a pure entertainer,” Weezy said of Chuckee. Wayne is also a fan of Chuck’s swag. “I know that kid is gonna make it. It’s like in sports when you got that Kobe Bryant. You don’t know what to do with him, whether to play him the guard, center, small forward — you just know we’re gonna win with him.”
Rounding out the clique are mostly names you’ve heard of: Mack Maine, Tyga, Jae Millz, D. Woods’ sister Shanell (also known as SNL) and T-Streets.
“He’s more like my brother,” Wayne said of Streets. “He’s been with me since Gudda. He’s like my protector. Anybody wanna play games, T-Streets is right there. So I make sure T-Streets is on everything I do, always around.”

Lil Wayne on Rebirth vs. Young Money Label
MC says he’ll release rock/hip-hop LP once his Young Money label is in order.
Lil Wayne is in no rush to put out his Rebirth LP. The record’s release has been pushed back repeatedly, and no concrete date has been announced. Weezy says he’s been working on the LP, but he’s also been concentrating on getting his record company in order.
“Honestly, I’m just starting up this Young Money label and I’m trying to get my artists down right. Get everybody together,” Weezy told MTV News. “Once I got that together, then I could work back on me. I’m a very humble person. I know once I get to it, I’mma get to it. So like I was saying, it’s Young Money time, so making sure my artists get their just due.”
On Monday night, Wayne kicked off his latest tour, Young Money Presents: The America’s Most Wanted Music Festival. In addition to introducing his artists — from Drake to Nicki Minaj — throughout the show, Wayne carved out his own time with the audience. Weezy went from hip-hop to rock to pop during his set. He says the versatility of the music is indicative of what he’s offering on Rebirth.
“The Rebirth album is just me expressing myself without any boundaries. Without any margins, without any guidelines,” he said. “[I'm] trying to do something different. I told my record company, ‘Don’t tell me nothing about what I say. Don’t tell me nothing about what you hear. Just get behind me.’ That’s what Rebirth is.”
Wayne is on tour with the entire Young Money crew — as well as Young Jeezy, Soulja Boy Tell’em, Jeremih and Pleasure P — until September.

Young Jeezy Speaks On Michael Vick
He’s done with his incarceration for heading an illegal dogfighting operation, and on Monday, the league’s commissioner, Roger Goodell, said he would be eligible to play in official games after week six of the season, as long as Vick stays out of trouble.
Young Jeezy told MTV News he’s spoken to Vick and is happy to see the former Atlanta Falcon playing again.
“That’s my dude,” ATL native Jeezy told us on his tour bus during the Young Money Presents: America’s Most Wanted Music Festival launch in Scranton, Pennsylvania. “I just talked to Michael Vick. Welcome back. I’mma just be real. I’m not saying this to be funny. I know ‘em all, from Pacman Jones to Michael Vick. Sometimes keeping it real becomes keeping it dumb. It’s hard enough in that position that they in. You can’t keep a good dude down. He bounced back. We gonna wish him the best and tell him to stay out the strip club unless you’re rolling with me.”
Jeezy thinks that keeping Vick out until week six, almost halfway through the NFL regular season, is too harsh of a penalty.
“But you know what, I got dogs, so I feel the pet owners,”

So if I understand correctly from MTV News’ account of last night’s rehearsal is that Lil Wayne actually isn’t prepared and does not know one fucking word of any of the songs he has to play tonight. And although Drake has recovered from his ACL injury, he won’t be performing his full 30-minute set. This should be good.

Jay-Z Interview w/ DJ Semtex
JAY-Z | BREAKING DOWN THE BLUEPRINT [AUDIO] from DJ SEMTEX on Vimeo.
When asked about why he made a third “Blueprint” album, he said that he wanted to finish trilogy, like he did with the “In My Lifetime” series. As he’s said before, the first Blueprint was very much influenced by what he listened to growing up, but what he expanded on was the sound of the second one that wasn’t at all what people were expecting after having heard something like Blueprint. He tells Semtex Blueprint 2 was based on the sounds and influences of that moment, which is why he got artists like Lenny Kravitz and Sean Paul on there, to hold down both Rock and Reggae genres that were popping half a decade ago.
As for the albums features, he said that MGMT, Keed Coodie, Drake, Mr Hudson, Kanye West and Rihanna are on there for the moment, but all that can change by the time he has to hand it in. Production-wise, it sounds like the only beatmaker who’s secured a spot on there is Kanye because even Timbaland sounded uncertain. He said he spoke to Just Blaze last week, hopefully that’ll work out. Swizz Beats will possibly be on there and he said that he’s trying to work with Chase N Status of the UK. He’s been over there recording tracks too apparently (presumably working with Rihanna) and most recently to meet with Mike Kyser of Atlantic, and hand deliver the album.
He was asked about a possible “Takeover 2.0″ and he said that he often considers it but then he decides against it. Semtex also asks him about his “we need a board” comments and about about Kanye’s blog and the nature of the Internets right now. He asks him if he reads any of the blogs and Jay admits that he goes through all of them in “spurts,” mentioning visiting Kanye’s, NahRight and AllHipHop. [7:20]
The interview then segways into a discussion about how that’s always something people wonder about artists of his caliber. Especially Jay, considering all we know about him and computers is that he did an ad for HP, Billie Gates is his peer, he uses an Apple (like that traitor Pharrell) and e-mails pictures to YN. He says that he might want to start his own website, but that like everything else he gets into, he’d like for it to be done the right way. And for the right price, we can make your site tighter…
Sad Really… when asked about J. Cole & Wale joining Roc Nation, Jay-Z says that Mickey Factz isn’t on the team. Ouch.
Lastly, the last matter they discussed was Jay’s favorite track on BP3 and he says it’s a record called “Empire State of Mind.” For the moment (the interview was conducted on Wednesday) no one was featured on it but Jay said that can change. With all the fuckshit you-know-who is going through right now, and the half of whatever empire he’s gonna be left with, we’ll see how that works out…
