Speaking with MTV, Lupe addresses Bill O’Reilly’s comparison of Chicago’s South Side to Haiti. Pardon Bill’s hyperbole, but nothing comes close to the conditions in Haiti. Prior to the quake, the nation was (is) the poorest in the Western Hemisphere. In 2008, 80% of the population lived under the poverty line. Obviously, that number’s since increased.
